Meredith and Alicia are the founders of Intentional Birth, and are besties in birth and in life! Between them they have given birth six times, owned several successful doula businesses, and witnessed hundreds of births. Their love of the birth community led them to create Intentional Birth, where they help birth professionals get equipped for birth room advocacy, high-impact prenatal work, physiologic birth support, and thriving in business.
